The lower floor bedroom (or living room) is accessed by an exterior stairway inside the villa walls and features clean minimalist design style with fresh whites and rich teak wood furnishings. The generous size room includes a sitting area, well-appointed walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. Both levels have floor to ceiling windows to maximize the tropical views.

The villa with downstairs bedroom provide a space for a family travelling with small children (up to 2 children extra beds are allowed).
