Hi Fiona I would like to sincerely thank and commend your staff on unbelievable service. My clients Horney Parker Family arrived in Mauritius last night. He only realised that I had booked Heritage Awali when looking at his itinerary on his transfer to the hotel. He just never ever checked. Le Telfair was fully booked at the time of making the booking and I just don’t think he registered as he is a very busy man. I called Tash on your emergency numbers for her help to move him to Le Telfair. . She was amazing to assist. I also made contact with Shelley after hours by whatsapp and she replied to say that she would be available to assist Tash. I felt so bad that I had to ask for after-hours assistance. My client is very happy and I am too. I know how hard things are in our industry and the long hours that we work. Please know that I sincerely appreciate their help last night. Fiona has been so patient this week after the hotel in Maldives cancelled the clients holiday due to a group booking. Then the client discovered there is Zika virus in Maldives and his wife is pregnant. Fiona got the hotel to agree to a credit to Holiday Factory so the client can use those funds to travel to Mauritius. Even late on a Thursday afternoon she was still cheerful on the phone and so willing to help. Thank you Fiona and all your staff at HF who are a pleasure to deal with

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri 16-23Aug for 8 people was amazing. The transfers were on time and most reliable and safe to travel with. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable and the all inclusive is the way to go. Radisson Blu Azuri is way out from other hotels and this then becomes very costly to travel to other parts of the island. Just a couple things The Ocean One Restaurant is closed no longer part of the hotel. Also there isnt sandwiches available from 1200-1700 its just buffet lunch and then 1530 is tea and snacks. So maybe update the details on the website. We really wanted a beach holiday so i wont recommend this beach for families who really want to use the beach. Lots of sea weed on the shore line although the hotel does try to clean it up and lots of blue bottles. You can take a speed boat out to sea and enjoy the clear blue water but for parents with small kids this wont work. The water is waist deep. So our 3 kids spent the time in the poolwhich is heated and beautiful. Good to note that on the Safair flight everyone received a snack pack with a sandwich water brownie and a chocolate bar. We also received a voucher for R60 when we left JHB and when we returned it was R85 to purchase whatever we liked which was nice. Not sure why the difference. When i booked and enquired from Debbie she said nothing is given on the flight and you need to purchase food items. So good to let the travelers know we do receive something on this short flight especially if you travelling with kids and the elderly. Thank you Holiday Factory for booking my holiday. Your response to my first query was quick and efficient. Will definitely use you guys again but i will pay more attention to the finer details.

Dear All Wow Is all I can say about the service I got from Lauren @ Holiday Factory this weekend. My clients came through to me on Thursday about a potential Zanzibar booking for this week. She said they would decide on Friday if they got their visas. I got a quote from Flora booked flights and sent all information to the client. She decided late Friday that the family was definitely going. I got hold of Lauren on Saturday morning and she was brilliant contacted the hotel sent me the quotes etc. The client battled with the online payment as we kept getting an error. Lauren contacted the Holiday Factory Finance guy and all was sorted. She messaged me today to say that we should get the confirmation from the Hotel today. Just wanted to let everyone know about the most amazing service from the Holiday Factory Res team. I had Been dealing with Karin for last minute booking that just landed up being so stressful. She handled it with such grace and then at some point I have to speak to Heather afterhours to assist with last minute confirmation. And prior to that Marilyn to help clarify validity of passport she went absolutely out of her way to give me info in such a friendly manner and calmed my nerves completely. Karin and Heather woke up at 4am this morning to make sure I can get the hotel confirmed and my client was able to travel today. It was just amazing. I have just done a Maldives booking with Karin – this booking was handled so professionally by her. She was informative always available and replied quickly to my e-mails. Sometimes as early as 6 o’clock on the morning Yesterday I needed to add an extra passenger to the booking – very rushed and very tight as they are leaving today. We started working on it at 7 o’clock in the morning and by 12 o’clock I had my documents to send off to my clients. I would really like to commend her on her level of service her friendliness and her professionalism. I hope to one day after Covid19 has stopped tormenting us send as much business possible her way.
